In order to maintain the security of its personnel around the world, the United Nations uses a system with five levels or phases to designate the safety of the location. These phases are:
Phase One, or "Precautionary"
Phase Two, or "Restricted Movement"
Phase Three, or "Relocation"
Phase Four , or "Emergency Operations"
Phase Five, or "Evacuation"
