Chastity ^[2], the opposite of Lust
Diligence ^[3], the opposite of Sloth
Humility ^[4], the opposite of Pride
Kindness ^[5], the opposite of Envy
Patience ^[6], the opposite of Anger
Temperance ^[7], the opposite of Gluttony

“The Seven Heavenly Virtues” is a list of attributes that are the opposite of the Seven Deadly Sins. This is a different list of seven virtues than “The Seven Virtues,” which are composed of “The Three Graces”—Faith, Hope, and Charity—and “The Four Virtues”—Justice, Temperance, Prudence, and Fortitude.
